Description

PROPER is a text function in Excel. Use it to capitalize first character of each word in the text string and balance to lowercase. PROPER function ignore spaces,numbers and punctuation

Syntax

PROPER(text)

Example

PROPER Excel function capitalize the first character of each word and convert other characters into lowercase ignoring space, numbers and punctuations
PROPER capitalize the character just after apostrophe
