Description

CLEAN is a text function in Excel. It is used to remove non printable characters like line break etc.

Syntax

CLEAN(text)

Example

CLEAN Excel function removed the non-prinable characters CHAR(3) & CHAR(4)
CLEAN Excel function removed the non-prinable character CHAR(8)
CLEAN Excel function removed the non-printable line break character CHAR(10)
